when i was ripping some music To My laptop i noticed somthing pretty wierd...
well i had A copy of Tenacious D Pick of destiny soundtrack and a Motorhead the best of CD
And i noticed that when you open 
up the case and remove the
up the case and remove the CD on both there is a picture of smoke, and its exactly the same appart form a photoshoped guitar neck and the smoke is slightly lighter. is it a scandall or is it some sort of copyright infrigement?
The album artist happened to be using the same texture for their work, or perhaps it's done by the same people.
